  We recently completed a covered patio with outdoor fireplace and 2-car garage addition with Upper Dauphin Services. Jake and his team went above and beyond our expectations. From day 1, he made our project so easy. They are thorough, responsive (communication is second to none), professional, and customer-oriented. Jake was super flexible with us and even accommodated some changes in construction and addressed any questions we had immediately to make sure we were satisfied with our space. Every single worker, including subcontractors, demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and true passion for their work. We have received so many complements on the project and look forward to spending many, many years enjoying the patio and garage. We love our new space and highly recommend them for your next project.

  I requested he leave wood on property because I know someone who uses it for heating their home but he left me a huge mess to deal with. He under bidded the job and left HUGE sections of tree in my yard that I as the homeowner have no way of being able to cut and getting rid of. Also as the tree was being cut down a section hit my gutter. He did try to fix but it is still dented. He's a nice guy and all but but I'm just extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with all the extra work I have to do now with figuring out how to move these huge logs and possibly spending another $1,000 plus out of my pocket just to rent or buy the appropriate size chainsaw when he's the one who underbidded. Definitely WON'T be using him again.

  Hi Brendan, We are sorry you were unhappy with the job we did. As a courtesy we gave an estimate over the phone and we did underbid because of it. Though we by no means rushed the project because we take pride in the work we do. In all of our agreements we promise to show up with properly fitted equipment because we take our work very serious and it would be a hazard to do otherwise. In this agreement we were specifically instructed to remove branches and leave the tree behind in eight foot segments so the homeowner could give them to a friend, and as a courtesy we cut many smaller. Again, we are very sorry you are dissatisfied but our estimate did not include the breaking down or disposal or the tree per the homeowners request.

  Experience is beyond what I could have expected. Excellent quality, everyone cleaned up after themselves, every day, not just at the end of the job. They even planted grass with out me asking. Work done right, with an honest and clean work crew. More images to come as other jobs are completed.
