  Horrible service. Didn't come when they said then just showed up. Came to install gutters and didn't finish that day. Said they would be back tomorrow but didn't show up. My husband finish the work after 3 months of them not showing up or calling. I can not stress enough how horrible this company is. When they did finally show up to get paid and we told them it wouldn't be full pay they threated to but a lean on our house. They did take $100 off. Not near enough for all of the hassle we put up with. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. And the end result is our gutters still leak.

  up on the rooftop hired me in decatur from there bloomington store to do remove a a tree off 2 houses for 8 thousand dollars and I made sure to get pre approved by there team for the amount do to it being such a large tree and job, its been 6 months I drill haven't been paid and the 2 houses now are vacant with big holes in them because they were never touched they sent a bill to the insurance company for the entire amount got paid cashed the check and never paid there vendors sub contractors or give the 2 houses where people lived with there kids now there homeless because I p on the roof top roofing

  Michael you are correct there was a delay in your payment. However once we discovered that the invoice hadn't been submitted to the insurance company, we submitted it and paid you promptly. To clarify the homeowner's carriers are paying for the them to stay in a local hotel until their claims are settled and their homes are rebuild to per-incident condition. One of the carriers just approved additional tarping of their home. We always pay our subcontracts 1st because we need their help now and in the future.   Up on the Rooftop was very prompt and responsive regarding our roof. Their communication was great and their craftsmanship was awesome. I’d recommend them to anyone.
