  We are very pleased with the windows we ordered through Universal Windows Direct of Spokane! Great quality and look beautiful! Enjoyed working with Tyler as he was very knowledgeable, very friendly and very professional. Installation went very smooth and fast. Only issue was time that it took to receive the windows and installed as they are not made locally and with the 2020 covid issues we received them about 5 months after they were ordered. Besides delivery time we are very pleased with this company and product.

  We bought living room windows back in March and have been so impressed with the quality of the windows. They are energy efficient, easy to clean, and beautiful. The installation was quick and professional. We liked our living room windows so much that we called this company back to have a new slider installed. Tyler Carr and Kalani Iranon were the sales reps that came out. They were both friendly and made us feel at ease. They listened to us and made sure they provided us with the best quality product and made it affordable for us. I highly recommend this company to anyone!
