  My house got hit by a tornado in December and I was getting the run around from insurance due to my inexperience being a first time homeowner. Wayne helped me so much and helped me get the help I needed from insurance while installing a beautiful new roof on my home and educating me on the process the whole way. I cannot recommend Wayne enough and the quality of service I got. Thank you!

  If anyone is looking for roofing, I highly recommend . I had a small leak in my roof and he found the source within minutes. Problem solved just as quick! Reasonable, honest, fair pricing and Wayne Walters was an all around great businessman to deal with.

  Wayne Walters inspected our roof at our request, found minimal damage, volunteered to fix the problem and did so without charging us. He also told us that we didn't need a new roof at this time. When do you get that kind of service from someone whose job is to generate business? I will definitely use him when the time for a new roof comes. He came highly recommended by someone whose roof he replaced and I can see why. Its refreshing to find a company who looks out for the interest of the customer by building good will and establishing trust for the future. Thank you Universal Roofing and Construction.
