  I had suspected I had wind damage on my roof but wasn't sure. I called Universal for a roof inspection and an estimate since it was time to replace it anyways. Jon Baker from Universal came out and explained to me exactly what was going on and helped assist me through the process. He communicated with me the entire time and even helped coordinate everything with the adjuster to make the claim process easy. Everything went exactly as Jon explained and I got a fantastic new roof for just the price of my deductible! I can't thank Jon enough for all the help with getting my new roof put on. Thank you to everyone at Universal for all your help!! If you need a new roof, give Universal a call and ask for Jon! He will take care of you!

  Although I never got to use the company for installation as my insurance company mandated I use their roofer, I wanted to reach out and write a review on behalf of Jon Baker from Universal. He met with my insurance companies field adjuster, prepared a report with photos and assisted with desk adjusters questions prior to replacement approval. Needles to say i was disappointed when i wasn't able to use them. Good guy, returned calls and followed up and was engaged in the process. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with John and am only disappointed that I couldn't use Universal for the replacement.

  Our Salesman, Jon Baker, was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He made us feel comfortable with the work that was needed to be done. Work was done in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Universal to others who need a new roof.
