Dan did a great job with my roof, he handled all aspects with the insurance company, and got the job done in a timely manner . I would recommend his company to anybody. Dan also did my siding and gutters, My wife and I where very pleased

We had Universal Restorstion complete our roof and it was done in a timely manner and completed without any issues. They assisted in getting adjustments made to the original estimate that ensured the roof and gutters were repaired the right way and to code.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Dan Rohan signs an agreement with insurance allowance and then he tries to bill your insurance for more. They say no and then he tries to sue me for more then is agreed upon. I asked him send me a statement of costs and and labor and no I never got one. His employees tore out a furnace vent in my garage and they never replaced it. Yet he has the gall to send me to collections for work we never agreed upon. This company and man are rip offs. Plain and simple. My advice to anyone considering business with this company and business do not do it. Also I sent him a referral for my brothers house and he trying to sue him also for something that was never agreed upon. This is not a company you can trust. If you agree on insurance allowance do not come back at customers for a charge they never agreed to. Please never trust this company they will try and take advantage of you.
Response from the owner
Dear Joyce, It is disappointing to see that your policy stated the roof replacement on both dwellings and your gutters were a cost of $10,700 then once i tore your shingles off I needed to upgrade your home per Greeley code with new sheathing for $2800 (something that I had to do in order to complete your job) for a total job of $13500. I sent you the invoice and the original adjuster estimate showing every line item and their costs, without billing for additional unnecessary items. Unfortunately you chose to purchase an insurance policy that only pays you on the ACV (actual cash value) of your roof instead of the RCV (replacement cash value) of your roof, which to replace your roof, you need to pay the RCV $. To this day you have only paid me $6972.70 leaving an unpaid balance of $6547.10. I signed my roofing agreement with you 08/01/2018 and finished your project 09/02/2018. this is the same thing that happened with your brother which I know you are aware of also.
