We had no idea of all the damage our roof had from the recent storms in Belmont Chase. I just want to thank the whole United team and crew who did an outstanding job. Company was instrumental in identifying roof damage from a storm that beat up a lot of homes on the east coast. Worked with me and my insurance company to submit a claim that resulted in insurance covering the cost of a new roof.
Staff is knowledgeable and workers were friendly and professional. Did a terrific job on the roof. Also had them re-side and replace the gutters, when my insurance company expanded the damage claim. Terrific results. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We had wind and hail damage on our home and we called our insurance to file a claim, State Farm initially denied our claim, but a few of our neighbors got their roofs paid for by the insurance company. I was referred to Yilbert from United Roofing and they had done several roofs in Powells Landing in Woodbridge. Yilbert came out and did a drone inspection using AI and documenting the damage with photos. When we called State Farm to look at our roof again, we got our roof fully approved and paid for. Thank you Yilbert the work was fast and very clean. We love the GAF Timberline shingles and the lifetime warranty from United roofing.

My relationship with this company started back prior to June 2019. The original estimator was friendly and professional. Estimate was given and I contacted my insurance company to process my claim on my roof, fascia and soffit. Work was originally promised for fall 2019, it was not until January 2020 that the majority of the work, the roof was completed. Once they received my first insurance claim payment, they immediately changed their behavior. The original promise to install the roof went from early fall to late fall to winter to January 2020. Work was completed so fast, it was substandard. Absolutely no attention to detail whatsoever by the installer team. Installed 14 squares, not a big job. The lower edges of my shingles are wavy and areas throughout the roof, shingles are not laying flat down even months after extremely hot weather. Did not cleanup the job. Nails and green roofing tabs left all over my from and back yard. From that point it all went downhill. The original estimated, was no longer with the company. The Account Manager or Office Manager was working from home and using her personal cell phone. I immediately contact her to express my concerns, she gave me the owners number and said to contact him. I sent multiple text messages to the own about my concerns with pictures. He was very unprofessional, cussing at me demanding payment for work that was  not done correctly or completed as promised. It took months to get another crew here to repair the damaged fascia and soffit materials. A two man crew showed up and replace only once side of the upper roof and it was the wrong side! Contacted office manager and owner and was treated rudely! Months later now and defects in roof are not fixed, owner has basically said, the roof is perfect. Sent pictures and list of concerns to owner. Nothing but cussing and threats when speaking to the owner on the phone. Months went by, without any response. I have held back the last payment for the work and requested that the roof defects be repaired and other work be completed. Now at this point do not even want to deal with the owner. Asked him to have his attorney contact me! Terrible company! Not professional, Not timely! did not keep original promised schedule. Once they received my first check, they changed their attitude. I would not recommend using this company. If you are using this company, watch everything they do and check their work! Do not pay them until the work is completed properly and completely! Now, I guess I will have to go to court to get my roof repaired!

we have sent multiple techs to this house and shown this client that the roof will look like this until it settles also offer to have a county inspector to check our work Mr. monetta denied that option also denied access to his property and made very abusing remarks to our worker this was a $5443.23 project and he only give us $1266.89 as a down payment this client wrote this review because he doesn't want to pay for the project completed at his house in amissville va he still owe us $4176.34
