Having a new front door installed was the BEST experience that I could have wanted.  The workers were courteous, on time, and kept me informed as the project proceeded.  They had a difficult task due to circumstances that were not of their doing and they managed  to complete the install perfectly.   The manager came by during the work to discuss the project with me and keep me apprised.  I cannot recommend this team highly enough and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We went with United Home Experts to update the siding and windows of our house and we couldn't be happier to have chosen them. The whole process was smooth. We were well informed of the options available and how the whole project would develop. The entire team made sure that all of our concerns were addressed and the final product and craftmanship is just gorgeous. We went with the Everlast/Gorilla plank option, and even though it is more expensive than some of the other options, the quality and look is the best there is out there. The project manager, Alex was very friendly, professional and accessible. Always ready to answer our questions and address any concerns. Overall, we are extremelly happy and would recomment United Home Experts to anyone.

Replaced a large picture window. This is the third time we have used UHE and it is always great. Top quality products, and outstanding installations. They are on time, courteous, quick, and when they are done you cannot tell there was a worksite. Not the cheapest , but worth every penny.

Window installation- arrived promptly, completed the work efficiently in cold weather, did an outstanding job cleaning up inside and outside, very pleased with the product and easy to do business with the crew.  Neighbor stopped by and asked them to quote another job on their way out.

We contacted UHE in May of 2020 for an exterior overhaul of our home.  Tim C spent hours with us reviewing options and design choices before finally settled on what you see in the attached pictures.  He was (and continues to be) phenomenally supportive and professional.

After waiting for materials to be fabricated and delivered - this took a bit longer given the way 2020 unfolded, but having worked in materials and supply-chain, things came together exactly when we expected them to - we had 4 of the most cordial, helpful, and respectful installers spend 2+ months at our home.  Cleyton, Nicolas, Sidnei, and João (what? you don't know the names of the people taking hammers and saws to your home? You'd better!) installed 20+ windows and doors and quite a bit of siding and trim while politely working around 3 remote-learning students and 2 remote workers. They left the place clean (as a major construction site can be), asked questions when unsure about what we wanted, and were an absolute pleasure to have around on a daily basis.

While waiting for the above to get started, we asked UHE to re-roof a 60x18 accessory building on the property.  Turned out the existing roof was an absolute disaster - multiple layers of rotted plywood (you read that correctly) needed to be completely stripped and re-sheathed. A crew of 5 did this in a Day. And. A. Half.  One of those being a Saturday.  Cleanup was immaculate, especially considering the typical detritus from any roofing job.

When things went wrong (it's expected with a project of this size) they were back on site the same day and rework was never questioned.  Some siding didn't align?  Down it came.  One leaky window?  Dried, re-flashed, re-taped, and followed up on. Christmas Day, even. Leaky porch?  Up on the roof with me shoveling snow and chipping ice before reinstalling J-channel and siding. Responsiveness from Tim and Chris (our project manager) was nearly instant via text with follow-up calls made by EOD.

Will we be using UHE again?  Already have new estimates in my Inbox.

Let me fist say my house looks great. I contracted to have my house sided with composite. The workmen were good. They started the job on around 8/2 two weeks in they realized there wasn’t enough siding and couldn’t get  any right away. I was understanding, it’s a strange time, I agreed to wait. So, they proceeded to pack there things and leave. The next day the dumpster was gone, leaving a large pile of trash. Also leaving the port o potty on my front lawn for another 6 weeks. They never came back to reinstall the lights, I had to find my own electrition to do it. As part of the contract they were going to Paint my doors they eventually did it eight weeks later  I had to call and hound them to do the painting and pick up the Port o potty and pick up the trash.Yesterday (10/26)they finally got the materials and finished the siding. Within 12 hours I had a bill.  The most upsetting aspect of this was gross lack of communication.
