  I recently bought my first home. And there were some repairs needed after closing including an old and leaky skylight as well as regrading of gutters and sealing of gutters. I called around for estimates and being the holidays and this being my first home, I really wasn’t sure if anyone would be able to help me until January. However, I called Unisource and Kevin called and set up an appointment right away. He reviewed my repairs and gave me an estimate. I had an appointment estimate from my inspection, and he beat that price. He set up the appointment with me for his repair person Jesus to come out, and they came out right before Christmas and got it fixed. I wasn’t even home at the time. I came home, looked up and realized my skylight looked better and cleaner and clear and everything looked great. There was no mess. It was beautiful. They were professional, timely, great communication, quick, and thorough and reasonably priced. I really couldn’t have asked for any better experience on my first home repair. I hope all repairs are like this. Thank you Kevin and Jesus for your stellar work! I really appreciate it!

  Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job. We had an issue with my Insurance adjuster not wanting to replace the roof. Kevin was pretty sure we would get it replace but it may take 30 days or more. He got us approved for the new roof through our Insurance.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Kevin Kern at Unisource Roofing. Kevin's inspection is the most thorough and well documented roof inspection that I have ever had done on my home. He took photographs of every issue with my roof to show me where repairs were most needed, so there was no question about the authenticity of his work. He told me every option I had for repair and was honest about what could be done now and what could wait, so I do not throw away money on a good roof. I will definitely be recommending Unisource Roofing to anyone who needs roof work in the Louisville area. If you are looking for someone to be your trusted 'roof guy', look no further.
