Ultimate Roofing put a new standing seem metal roof on our house in Davis, WV, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.  It looks amazing!

Chase was the only roofer to respond to our calls on a Saturday during a holiday weekend when we discovered a leak in our kitchen coming from our roof. He was able to get out to our house on the hour to assess the damage and give us a quote. He was able to get his crew on our property within a week and a half. The crew was timely and efficient, and considerate of our concerns. Overall very satisfied with this experience.

Chase was great! He was on time and immediately told me what the problem was. He doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need.

Chase is a good dude. They replaced me roof and sunporch roof with excellent quality work!! Made it hassle free and everything was done within two days. After the work was complete Chase came by and inspected everything and even noticed things I had no clue to look for and said “I don’t like that. My guy will be here tomorrow to fix it!” And just as he said his guy came and fixed it!! You can’t do any better in this area!!

I had fascia board replaced, vinyl capping done, soffits installed and gutters replaced. Chase was professional and personable. He was open and honest about what needed to be done and never tried to upcharge me. He stuck to his timeline and did a great job for the price. His personal touch was next to none and he even ensure my property was cleaned up after the work was completed. Highly recommend and would use again for other jobs.

This February I noticed water damage in my upstairs bedroom. Chase Collins from ultimate roofing and siding, contacted me and set up an appointment within a few days. Chase was excellent and thorough. He climbed into both of my attic crawl spaces and pointed out water stains and mold on the roof and the rafters. Chase did not recommend a new roof. Instead, he noted that I had solar panels on both the roofs and that these were the sources of the water leaks. He's strongly recommended I contact my solar installers. I highly recommend Chase and appreciate the time and effort he took to diagnose my problem. I give him a 10 out of 10! By

Chase had originally installed our roof around two years ago. He and his guys did an amazing job. We recently hired another company to work on our chimney. While on the roof they(the chimney repair company) damaged our ridge vent, we had no idea until the snow storm of 2021 came and revealed a leak. We went into the attic and found that our ridge vent was completely  missing. I called Chase right away and he came right over. He was unable get up on the roof due to the snow and ice but instructed me on how to minimize the damage. He then came out as soon as the snow melted and repaired the roof as another snow storm was set to roll in. Chase not only came right out but also kept me and my wife calm through the entire process as we were quite stressed. His professionalism and craftsmanship is to commended. I highly recommend that you utilize his expertise.
