  First rate service from the initial contact to the final inspection results. The report was detailed, thorough, and very well prepared. Jared was accessible for any follow-on questions. In fact I'll be using the report as a preventive maintenance program for the house. Highly recommended.

  Jared was referred to me from a friend who has used him several times in the past two years. I was told he was very responsive to texts and calls, his prices were in line with the going rate, his inspections were incredibly thorough, and his detailed reports were as well documented as you could hope for. My friend was accurate, very accurate. The best part is all I have to do now is turn the document over to a handy-man, a plumber, and a roofer and say “fix all these things and send me an invoice”! It has made my life as a guy with no construction expertise very easy. Jared’s number is now saved in my phone and I will be using him again. You won’t be disappointed.
