  Javin, was courteous and professional from the initial visit. He took time to explain everything regarding the roof replacement and to answer all my questions. He informed me on the products to be used. I was given a reasonable quote on the spot based on satellite imaging. Javin and his crew arrived when promised and finished the roof in one day. Worked efficiently in extreme weather (cold and blowing snow). This is a contractor who takes pride in his work and make sure you are happy with the outcome. Absolutely professional service and superior workmanship at a competitive price. Would highly recommend.

  My husband is a self-employed painter so we know the importance of great costumer service/satisfaction and communication. Our roof was 28 years old and is in dire need of replacement. From the initial point of contact, Javin was courteous, professional and timely. He took the time to explain all that was involved with replacing our roof. He gave me an estimated date for the job to start which was the first week in November 2021 (depending on weather). His crew showed up right on schedule on Monday, November 1, 2021 and completed the job within one day. You would never even know they were there except for the fact that we have a new roof. Thank you for such a positive experience. I highly recommend Tuscarora Roofing!
