  I had Turn Key out for a water issues in my basement. I the rep from Turn Key assured me they could point me in the right direction for that issue. Then we addressed the roof of my house. I started off feeling really good about this "family owned" company working on my roof and guiding me with other issues. Long story short they could not help with any of the other issues but were more than willing to come and stare at it till I signed a contract for the roof to be done.... The other issues in my home are still not fixed. After signing the contract for the roof I didn't hear back for weeks till they finally contacted me and told me I couldn't get the shingle I wanted. I canceled the contract and am still waiting, months later, for my refund. They don't care about you they just want paid.
