  I am a 72 year old man living in Mansfield I contacted Truitt for an estimate and Cody Witherspoon came to the house I told him I needed estimate to remove old lumber decking and replace it with new lumber he gave me an estimate for the house and carport to replace to old decking which was a good estimate lower than 3 other companies which toild me that replacing those old boards with dry rot would be no problem, When the mexicans were finished with the work I went out to inspect to find that they hadn't replaced the old dry rotted boards and asked Jacinto why they hadn't, He told me that he called the owner of Truitt to let him know they needed replacing so The owner told Jacinto to just put plywood decking on top of them and call it good which he did. I confronted the owner of Truitt and he told me that the structure was not strong enough to support the shingles . Then why put plywood over it and new roof if structure wasn't strong enough. Now I have to hire another company to undue what they did and replace the dry rotted wood. I will not recommend this company I am very dissatisfied.

  Dakota and Matthew were very helpful from start to finish. They helped us filing our claim with state farm and they helped us get our roof, gutters, and one of our bedrooms repaired paid for fully by our Insurance minus the $2,500 Deductible. They offered us financing on our $2,500 deductible and we were approved the same day by their financing company so all in all me and my husband only was out of pocket our deductible on a $26,232 job. They had the roof, gutters, and interior work completely done in 9 days from our first Inspection to our final walk around Inspection. They did outstanding and we would recommend Truitts roofing to our neighbors, friends, and family. ~Tina & Martinez

  We were very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of the Truitt’s Roofing team. They were working on a roof in my neighborhood so I decided to give them a call. Chester returned my call immediately and we had an appt scheduled that week. Their bid was very thorough and we felt the pricing was fair. This was a crazy and stressful summer to put on a roof with all the rain and ours was going to take several days to complete. I never worried once because Chester was always in communication with me every day until the project was complete. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
