  Fine company, woman owned. My company uses True Nature for our Roofing & Siding needs. Cassie is an excellent owner who stands by her word. Word is Bond in my book. What she says she does and that Trickles down. Thank you True Nature for keeping it real

  My roof hasn’t been replaced yet but so far this company has been amazing. We’ve had some insurance hold ups and wanted quotes from other companies. This company was not pushy at all and didn’t force us to sign anything for an estimate. They were prompt about coming back out for a contract. After getting additional quotes we decided to use True Nature. They’re one of the only companies in the area who didn’t make us wait a week or more for an estimate. Barry has been very prompt at giving us updates information. *** UPDATE- my roof is now complete! Wow what an EASY process this company made it for my family! When it comes to customer service they really care and try their best! I highly recommend. They had their crew here and worked 13 hours straight to make sure my home was good before the rain started back up! They spent a lot of time cleaning up and making sure there were no nails outside for my children to step on. They just went above and beyond my expectations.

  I must say, this company has blow my expectations away. I was in a dilemma selling my house and was told my 8 year old roof had to be replaced. I couldn't believe it (yes, I know hail in Colorado Springs can do that, but wasn't prepared for it). Requested a second estimate/opinion from True Roofing.They did a free estimate/inspection and told me that the roof has minor cosmetic damage but it is still intact and fine. They did some minor repair work at and then certified my roof for 2 years. I submitted their statement to my buyers and they accepted it. Saved me $7700. They could have tried to make a quick dollar but they were honest and helped me out tremendously. I thank them greatly and will refer anyone to them.
