  Unforeseen circumstances and delays are expected when undertaking a home improvement endeavor; however, an unbelievable amount of significant magnitude was the rule rather than the exception when working with Triton Home Services. I erred on the side of giving Will Higginson the benefit of the doubt in the early phases of our project, but his excuses became more outlandish as time marched on and deadline after deadline was not adhered to. But the factor of time wasn’t the worst of it. To say that a lack of professionalism and basic skill level were displayed in literally every aspect of our project is no understatement. This company was remarkably inept with shoddy workmanship revealed in framing, roofing/gutter installation, drywall, flooring and painting. All requiring a do-over that continued to fail to reach even the lower end of a standard for this industry. We are now faced with completing interior painting and trim work ourselves, as a subcontracted carpenter walked off the jobsite following an argument with Will on-site. We are also awaiting a third electrical inspection (as the first two failed) and final building inspection as Will Higginson has apparently abandoned any and all responsibilities. He is nowhere to be found following a recent text where he referenced the inspections and plans to address an ongoing gutter issue, as well as a window we cannot easily open and close. He likes to talk about things like integrity, yet has no problem taking your money while delivering a subpar result. You’d never know this from his website or even detect his insincerity and dishonesty in an initial meeting – making an outcome like this all the more hurtful. The majority of his reviews are somehow favorable with the exception of two other online ones that are more than relatable and closer to the truth. The attached photos are snapshots of the shoddiness of workmanship with his people walking off the jobsite stating a phase was complete: exterior lights not installed level to one another and with receptacle boxes placed atop the brick, uneven tile flooring, paint over drywall with gouges and marks. I could go on and on for other unbelievable scenarios that plagued our renovation, and it would be exhausting. If you are looking to complete a home remodel of any size, it will be a substantial investment and there are plenty other companies out there who will deliver in ways this company simply cannot. We adhered to payment schedules, and extended an extraordinary amount of patience and understanding as Will and his crew fumbled through our renovation. In the end, we are the ones left with a headache and incomplete and compromised addition to our home. Should you still feel compelled to entrust this company with your home improvement needs, I would caution you to be weary for an exorbitant percentage of down payment that will be asked. This is not the standard among more experienced and established companies. Very detailed wording in a written contract should be included for how deadline failures will be handled. Poor workmanship/outcomes and termination clauses should also be in place should you find yourself in the middle of a nightmarish renovation as we have experienced with this company -- unfortunately having learned many of these things the hard way.

  The Triton team is amazing! They came to my home and began repairing the remains of an shoddy job done by a Facebook home improvement con artist. Wil and the team completed framing around my basement windows, corrected shoddy door installations, and painted plus more. I have more work to be done and will reach to Triton Home Services.

  We used Triton for several projects: installing a roof over our patio and expanding the patio; installing new windows to replace old ones in our basement; installing new gutters. We have been consistently with prices, promptness of communication and cleanliness in our home.
