  I was contacted by my insurance company and mortgaged provides that I HAD to replace my ROOF BECAUSE IT WAS 20 years old. Trying to COMPLY to their RULES I contacted AAA ROOFING for a estimate. Without first checking with the Florida BBB MY MISTAKE. A Sales person came my house to inspect and estimate the cost for a roof replacement, he also helped me on Aug. 3 2021 to get 7,768 dollars from my INSURANCE COMPANY, to help with cost. I was able to got a check with my name and their company name on it. After several months of them not complying to their 3 Proposals, because the insurance company had both name on the check, I had nothing else to do, but to DELIVER THE CHECK to AAA hoping they would COMPLY to my repair problems. The 7,000.00 CHECK WAS CASHED on Nov 6th 2021 3 months after my first contact with this SALES REPRESENTATIVE, THEY KEPT THE 7,000 dollars from the insurance company. Still no contact from AAA ROOFING representatives. They didn’t respond to the 3 PROPOSALS. I LOST MY HOME insurance, because of this, the insurance cost me 4,200. Dollars for FORCED INSURANCE to protect the Mortgage Co. SunTrust, protecting their buildings only. No any of my belongings. After waiting till Jan.6 2022 HAD TO COMPLY Because of the above PROBLEMS with AAA ROOFING I hade to COMPLY and have another roofing contractor complete the roof, that was finished in Two Weeks. On Jan.20 2022 I revived a refund of 5,768.31 Dollars LESS 2,000 dollars AAA TOOK IT APONE THEIR SELF to keep 2,000 Dollars of the insurance moneys they helped me get, to pay themAAA Roofing. Yes they were going get all of my insurance money but they forfeited that for not COMPLYING TO 3 PROPOSALS. I would like to get all of the money’s back to HELP PAY FOR THE 22,000.00 it’s cost me to replace the roof. My time with this, I will never get back almost 6 Months. All I can say is listen to the ending of AAA Roofings Phone recording number That says GOD BLESS

  Did not install roof vents correctly on our new construction in 2014. Found out the vents were never cut through during construction. We found this out a few months ago and they will NOT fix THEIR mistake.... said wasn’t under warranty .... how is it a warranty issue if it was never done right in the first place!!😡
