  Ten Stars!! Tridom performed. Large difficult project consisting of several small roofs. VERY professional, VERY clean and organized. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. The surrounding areas were left in better condition than when they arrived. The workers are well-trained and polite. Have dealt with many roofers and Tridom is in a different league. The attention to detail was outstanding. We understood that replacing an old roof will expose unknown conditions. Johnston Camp did a great job of communicating and explaining everything along the way, never too busy to answer questions. We always felt he was looking out for our best interest. Definitely went above and beyond. No up-sell pressure at all. We got more than we paid for. Have already recommended to family and friends.

  We were impressed with Tridom’s attention to detail while on site. Both Johnston Camp and Greg were available to answer questions and smooth ruffled feathers here at our condo complex. They exceeded our expectations throughout the project being informative and professional. We recommend Tridom highly.

  Overall, I’d say we were pleased with the job Tridom roofing did (with a few caveats). The Good: Communication is mostly great and they keep you well updated on where they’re at in the process and what’s to come. They seem like genuine people, very likeable. Roof is well done and looks great. Gutter contractors they used did a good job. The Caveats: one color option on shingles and that’s it. Extra work on replacement of rotted fascia boards wasn’t a great value - the worst of it WAS replaced and painted to match (and looks great) but for $3k I was under the impression a lot more of it was going to be replaced than actually was. Lots of stray nails in the yard afterward (maybe every roof job has this issue?) but not great with small children running around. Again, overall we were pleased and would recommend them but would also tell those we offered that recommendation to get very specific on what they are paying for to avoid any surprises after the job is done. 4.0 Stars. Still really enjoy coming home and seeing our beautiful new roof even though it’s been a few months now.
