  I can’t say enough good about Trico. From start to finish they were quick to respond. I never had to wait on them. When I discovered I had active leaks, I was moved up in the schedule. A large crew showed up as promised, but in a long day, and my roof was completely replaced! Everything was cleaned up perfectly. The new roof looks great! They have my full, unreserved endorsement !

  I was faced with a leaking roof 6 months after purchasing my home. Inspection done was not true or accurate to its condition. Steve Phelps and his wife come to our home on their Anniversary weekend to cover our roof. He was honest and straight forward and didn’t want to talk down on anyone. He was able to get a new roof with tear off done on a total of 4 structures within little over a week from coming to our rescue. Tricor crew was respectful and professional , along with a job that was nothing short of superior. The clean up after tearing off 3 roofs was amazing. The price along with the service and 40 yr shingles was worth it all. Tricor was a true blessing and I have already recommended them to others and will continue too. A definite for us!   Trico Roofing went above and beyond our expectations. The team was very efficient and our new roof was installed within 2 days. As a gardener, I have landscaping in every available space around my home. I expected some damage to my plants, which did not happen. They took great care to cover everything and clean up, not a single scrap/item was left behind. I would highly recommend them. Great job Trico Roofing!
