  So far I have not been impressed. I had a roof leak on an addition before Ida and Triangle Roofing came out and said I needed a bigger pitch on that area. This leak was coming in my kitchen cabinets. They said they fixed the problem. After Ida I have the same leak. After numerous phone calls, someone did come out and recheck the area. They found some additional problems with the roof in different areas caused by Ida. They sent me an invoice that included more repairs over the area that now has the bigger pitch. It seems that I probably didn’t need a bigger pitch after all. I don’t want to pay for an area that wasn’t fix right the first time. I’m willing to pay for any new leaks. Nobody wants to come and look at the real problem. These people are difficult to work with. They say they are going to call you back and they don’t. I make weekly phone calls to them. Finally, they send out a man, Darren, who works occasionally for them. He immediately found the problem! I have 2 large holes in my roof. He was able to cork the problem as a temporary fix. No more leaks in that area. Now to get Triangle to come fix it the way it should have been fixed is my next challenge. Meanwhile, I have mold growing in my kitchen cabinets from the time they have wasted on this issue. Be careful with this company!

  Thank you for your review however, we would like to provide accurate data. We did a shingle repair in December 2020 after Hurricane Zeta with a 90 day workmanship guaranty. You called and said you were still leaking after that repair. When owner went to your property the leak was coming from your flat roof, no where near where we did the shingle repair. You hired us to install a flat roof in May 2021. After hurricane Ida, you called and said you were "still leaking" from the December 2020 shingle repair. The owner went to your property as scheduled and you failed to show up. He observed numerous damages to your shingle roof from hurricane Ida and noted there were worn out tarps on the roof. The owner then had a home inspector go to your property and and sealed 2 holes caused by the tarps. We suggested you file an insurance claim due to hurricane damage. We have been to your property to address your leak concerns and were under no obligation to do as all work was out of warranty. We have no plans to do any further roofing work on your home. Please call another roofing company to address the hurricane damage to your roof.

  A first class local company with a quality and friendly staff and professional and quality roofers. Their attention to thorough inspections and estimates before doing the work and thorough quality inspections after the completion makes this company a trust worthy and reliable business. Have used them to replace a complete roof a year ago and again last month for hurricane damage repair and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend them for roofing needs. 2 thumbs up Triangle Roofing
