  I spoke with Fred Williams of Triad to get a quote on replacing the gutters on my house. An appointment was set and the same day I was given a price. I have seen other gutter replacements by Triad on homes near my daughters house and was impressed by the quality of craftsmanship and materials. I hired them (after speaking with 4-other reputable gutter companies). I chose them because they are locally operated and the quality of work performed on other houses that I have seen in person. Fred kept in contact to let me know when the material arrived and when the next available appointment for install was. The installers arrived early and was ready to go at 7:30 am. I had asked Fred to see if the installers could caulk the holes left from the previous gutter nails before, installing the new gutters. I know this might have been an unusual request but, I wanted it done and Fred didn’t hesitate to add my request onto the paperwork. The installers took down the previous gutters and caulked all of the holes before installing the new ones. It was amazing how much nicer the new gutters appeared when compared to the original ones. The installers cleaned up the area and ran a magnet thru the yard to pick up any nails or brackets. They swept my porch and driveway (cleaned up roofing granules that were in my previous gutter). Overall, an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. Very professional and quality work performed.

  A friend referred Fred Williams with Triad for our roof inspection and repair. I had him come out and take a look and give us an estimate. I then got other estimates, and Fred was the cheapest by several hundred dollars. They did great work and got it done in great time. Will definitely use him again, if needed.

  Triad installed new gutters for my home. Not only was Brent courteous but he was professional, on time and answered all of my questions. The install was super easy on my end and left no mess behind. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations!
