  They did excellent work on replacing my roof. They are very punctual, offer excellent customer service, and provide quality product and work. I will highly recommend them to other. I was very pleased with their service, work ethic, and product. Rick was great at explaining all that they were going to do and was great at answering all my questions.

  I have tried repeatedly over the last year to have some basic repairs made to my roof and was ill prepared for the difficult task this turned out to be. One company gave immediate response with an estimate but despite numerous phone calls and emails, refused to respond and actually do the work. Several made appointments for estimates and never showed up, one owner did not have a pencil and asked me to call back even though he was speaking to me on his cell. All that changed when I contacted Aaron, owner of Tri State Restoration. He came that very evening, was professional, mannerly and gave an honest estimate of the work to be done. I gave him a deposit and he had his crew at my house the next day. Having worked as a subcontractor in the construction trades, I know custom work sometimes needs to be adjusted. There were a few hiccups in the job, but Aaron came out personally to inspect the work, made sure it was completed to my satisfaction and never asked for the balance due until I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Tri State Restoration and would hire them again.

  I often recommend Tri-State for its quality and Absolute professionals. Cleanup of the roof, gutters and on the ground. And the price was and materials are better than anyone I contacted. If I need a roof replacement again, I will call them.
