  Tri-State Exteriors was a great company to work with from start to finish. After contacting these roofers, they came out in a couple of days to assess our roof for our insurance claim. They had our new roof installed, replaced our gutters and interior repair work done pretty quickly. We were so impressed by the work completed and the professional crew they sent to complete the job. I would highly recommend them for any installation or roof repair!!

  I was absolutely dreading the process of having to get my roof replaced. But, Skylar and Nathan made the experience easier than I could have possibly imagined. Nate met with me and listened to my concerns, handled all the communication, and his roofing crew was punctual and courteous.   Tri-State Exteriors was one of two roofing companies in New Haven that I narrowed my search down to. I knew I'd choose one of their quotes. Its a 18 year old roof, I obviously needed to have a full roof replacement. Jake confirmed my suspicion that we had some original build defects anyway in the original roof that were causing all those leaks. He quoted me a full roof replacement for shingles & metal, dropped off samples, and we decided to go with shingles. Tri-State's excellent customer focus and reasonable quote was what captured my needs better than any other roofer we spoke with.
