  Doesn't return your phone calls after committing to working on the job. I lost 2 months waiting for James. Move on to another company.

  From the initial request for an estimate to handing over a check for the completed job I was satisfied with James and the Tri Power Roofing Crew. They showed up early and on time everyday and got right to work as well as cleaning up to perfection everyday before they left the job. The roof looks fantastic and I look forward to many years of it keeping the weather off my head. There was only one hiccup and it was addressed right away. My Satellite Dish was and is mounted to the roof....so, getting it re-aligned after the roof install without the proper alignment tools was impossible. James deducted from my bill what the cost will be to have Directv come out and re-align the dish. I'm good with that.....just didn't have any TV for a couple days.....it was unavoidable. Overall, I would recommend Tri Power Roofing. If I need to call them back with an issue in the future I will update this review to reflect how that interaction went.

  Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Makes you feel like he's doing you a favor. Forget about these guys.
