  Set up an appointment over a week and a half ago...Have a garage that is leaking and needed to find out where it is coming from. Stated this very clearly during the time I made the appointment. I get a call THE morning of, the morning I took time away from my job and lost wages to have the "office manager" ask me if I was willing to have my whole roof replaced??? Uh hmmm what? I said no, I just need the area of concern looked at and fixed...She goes on to tell me that they don't have a repair crew that they now cannot come unless my WHOLE ROOF NEEDS DONE Lol. How incredibly shady and awful...The BBB is going to get a complaint re: this...How incredibly sad and pathetic

  Unfortunately we do not have the required staffing to do residential repairs at this time. Normally this is clearly asked when setting up an appointment. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

  Tri county roofing is awesome ! Called them with a leak after running in circles trying to get others out to my house. There is two days and fixed it three days before they said they thought they could get to it! I was extremely pleased with the result. I felt they were able to work with me and at what I felt was a good price. Update: Owner Tim took care of a little mishap that happened right away. I really appreciate when someone follows through when anything happens after they have been paid. Will use again!!!!!!!!!!!

  Great job on two of my roofs in the spring. Very happy with the end product. Definitely going to use them again.
