  They are a wonderful company to deal with and would highly recommend them for your roofing needs! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly to help you! The manager Robert is awesome and goes the extra mile help you. Great service and quick turn around time with orders placed! I won’t go anywhere else!

  Tri County Metals delivered the incorrect color panels to our job. Ok mistakes happen regardless of who is to blame, its how you handle it and make it right that matters. Our mutual client the homeowner is what's important you would think? Not in Tri County's eyes apparently. After paying via cleared check for the portion of the material that was correct, and attempting via phone and email to reach a mutually beneficial resolution, Tri County send a truck out two weeks later and took ----not the incorrect portion of the order---- but the correct and paid in full items from the customers yard without authorization! Leaving behind only the wrong color panels! This two days before scheduled installation! We have this on a Ring Doorbell camera. When contacted to bring back the items they took: they were unresponsive. Would not recommend or use again. Beware and proceed at your own risk!

  Hi Jason, thank you for taking time to leave a review. While much of what you’ve relayed doesn’t line up with our facts, we are aware of your concerns and have been navigating a solution. This particular situation does have a solution and we will be in contact before the close of business this week with a resolution fair to all involved. This situation doesn’t reflect how we do business and neither is this situation in any way tied to our Tallahassee location. In anyway. As such we’d appreciate a retraction.

  I bought about $16,000 in metal roofing this past summer. Tri County delivered in crates covered in tarps, even though their website and brochures recommend not to cover metal because it could cause the panels to rust due to humidity. Two days after the the metal was dropped on the job, I removed the tarps to do an inventory check. There were rust lines where all the panels touched each other. I was told by Tri County to go ahead and install because it’s surface rust that will come off. Mid way through the job I called Tri County to let the know the rust isn’t coming off and that the acrylic coating is melting off. They came out and told me to finish install the roof and that they would make it right. After me spending $40,000 in labor to install the roof Tri County only offered to send new metal. So it would cost me another $50,000 to remove and install the new roof. I would have over $100,000 in this roof. I am having to high a lawyer and file a lawsuit because now Tri County is saying it’s because we cut the metal improperly during the installation (when the metal was rusted before we installed). This company is crooked. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. This was my personal house. Before this, I had purchase around $100,000 in metal from them. They aren’t loyal to their customers. They find reasons it’s the customers fault that the metal rust the acrylic melts off. They did the same for a homeowner we put a roof on for at the beach. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH TRI COUNTY METALS!

  Thank you for your review. We have visited your job site, involved our suppliers, and determined that the issues brought up are not related to manufacturing. Despite that, in good faith, we did offer a full materials replacement. We absolutely stand behind our product as we did in this case.
