  I know we have all been through two rough hailstorms this last 6 months or so, but I wanted to share my positive experience I have had getting my roof replaced. Mr. Kris Young from Tri City Roofing came highly recommended, but I was still somewhat skeptical. He came out to assess the damage and took over 100 pictures. He helped me feel comfortable that I did need a new roof with the amount of damage. He offered to be present when the insurance adjuster came in case there were issues the insurance company was going to try and refuse. Once I received the adjustment quote, Kris came and sat with me in my living room as we went over it line by line to ensure it was complete and fair. He told me what steps would occur and he was correct from his experience in the business. At that point, I decided to hire him as my general contractor and to replace the roof. His team of subcontractors were excellent and they all did a great job completing the repairs in a timely manner. He took care of fighting with the insurance company for more line items to cover as much as needed to be fixed and he provided all the documentation to the insurance company to recover all the depreciation that was held back until repairs were completed. Everything worked out well and I am very pleased with my choice. Kris is a nice guy who looked after my interests and worked hard for me. I would recommend him without reservation. He was awesome and made the stress of these hailstorms so much easier to handle for me.

  My roof looks absolutely amazing!! I could not have been happier with the entire process. My neighbor recommended Tri-City Roofing after working with Kris, the owner. Kris was very transparent and informative! He worked with my insurance company and completely took the stress out of having to filing an insurance claim!

  Kari and the team at Tri-City Roofing came personally recommended from a family member, so from the moment she came out to provide her initial assessment we felt at ease working with her. She clearly communicated the process and was responsive to all of our inquiries and concerns. We had a full roof replacement, garage doors, windows and gutters replaced after a hail storm. Kari worked expertly to GC all of the work and our place was repaired to better than new quicker than most and we were happy with the results long after the job was completed. Would highly recommend to others.
