  TRC Roofing and Construction Inc. placed a new roof on my home on February 26, 2021. I would not recommend using this company unless you are able to micromanage the entire process. I was very fortunate that my dad was there to supervise the process because he was able to catch them placing new shingles on the roof without tar paper. Of course, once my dad brought this error to the owner’s attention, he had the workers stopped until he could retrieve the tar paper because he did not bring it to the job. I am a little confused about the tar paper not being present for the job since it was part of the roofing contract that he and I both signed. I have dealt with a few contractors for home repairs in the past and I will have to say this was one of the worse experiences that I have encountered. Just my two cents.

  This team did a very professional job. I used Will's company to roof a rental property. He was on time all the time, and communicated changes in scheduling per my request. Will assisted me through the entire purchase process. My objective was roof durability while staying in budget. He hit the target and made color recommendations as well. Cleanup was great...no damage to property, no nails in yard. Though the residence was rental housing, he had the utmost respect for my property. I've had no leaks or concerns...Period. I'm very impressed with the entire process. TRC Roofing is the only roofer in my Rolodex.

  TRC Roofing did an amazing job on my client's rental property. They even can out a day early and finished before the rain came in. He was referred to me by another happy customer and they were right. I would (and plan on) use him again for other projects.
