  Travis quoted me at 250. I provided him my credit card number and he charged 508.60 without permission! He is a thief! Do not go here unless you want a big scrap on your cars paint and to be ripped off. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! "Told me that o need to learn how to listen" DO NOT GO HERE

  We quoted this "CAR DEALER" to tint his windows, however when he arrived for his appointment he already had window film on his car that had been installed by a hobbyist. We gave him a second price to remove the "BLURRY" tint. We also told him we would have to reschedule for a future appointment, because removal of this kind of "hardware store - type of film" takes much longer that application of professional window film. Or he could leave it overnight and we could get it done by the end of the following day. He begged us to get it done urgently, because he needed to go "party in Seattle tomorrow." We did as he asked with out charging anything extra for staying late. We charged him precisely what we told him we were going to charge. When he called weeks after he picked up his car, initially he wanted to talk about a scratch on his paint that his "CUSTOMER" that he sold the car to was complaining to him about. When i told him we have video showing him arriving in our parking lot with the scratch, he admitted that he wasn't sure when the scratch happened. However, i offered to give him a discount on his next tint with us. Only, later did we find out from his card company that he was contesting the charge.

  I have used this company in the past. And they did good work. Not this time. The communication and showing up to do the job was non existent. I spoke to the owner to schedule work on Monday am, and was told Thursday they would show up to do the vehicle windows. I called on both Tuesday and Wednesday to try to find out what time, and was told they would call me back. No calls. I called again Thursday morning and spoke to the owner and he said if no one called no one is showing up. Complete waste of my time and complete lack of professionalism.
