  Had roof replaced 4 months ago. Justin was great at communicating while anticipating payment. We’ve been trying for at least 2 months to get one of the corners fixed where it looks like they ran out of material. Still haven’t heard from him. And the guy supervising the roofers said he would come back and walk up there to check the job and he never returned. Took a chunk of stucco out of the front of our house when something fell off the roof. Pointed it out and he didn’t offer to repair. Roof looks good, but what does the average homeowner know about roofs? Wouldn’t recommend or use in the future. Just your typical contractor trying to do as little as possible and as quickly as possible (done in 1 1/2 days) for the most money they can get from you. Definitely have someone check the job out with your estimate of what is included before you make final payment. Lesson learned.

  Chris with trademark approached me one day regarding my roof replacement in Winnsboro Louisiana. I was hesitant to engage because I had been turned down by my insurance carrier before regarding small claims. He took good documentation and I decided to trust him. I filed the claim and he met my insurance carrier on site to review that damages and get the correct coverage for my roof. Today, my roof is all finished and 100% complete fully paid with no leaks or workmanship issues. Chris and the crew at trademark went above and beyond to get me my roof, decking replacement, gutters, flat roof, and chimney flashing. The guys really were the best roofing experience I could have ever imagined and I will be recommending them to friends and family for years and years. Thanks guys so much!

  Trademark Roofing is the best roofing company in the Monroe-Ruston area, by all means! Chris O'Beirne kept his promises, was prompt with all work, and has fantastic crew! Everything went perfectly on schedule. Great job guys! My Mom's house, (Shelby Hart) looks amazing and she is thrilled! Thank you Chris!!!
