We would like to thank Trademark Construction for our 4-seasons sunroom, it is absolutely beautiful. Dave was on top of everything from planning, designing, to construction. Our sunroom is better than we ever thought it would be. Dave and Dan are some of the best carpenters that we have ever used. They are very respectful to homeowners too. We would highly recommend Trademark Construction to everyone. Thanks for all the great work you did for us.....The Wenzels THANK YOU for the nice work on our deck! We love having stairs again and the painting job is beautiful. We will for sure contact you in the future if we need anything else and we will refer you to our friends and family in a heartbeat! Thank you!!!.....The Millers I would like to thank Trademark Construction for the work they did for us. They were prompt, the clean up was excellent and a new bathroom beautiful. Thank you Trademark Construction a job well done...The Otto's Thank you so much for being so kind and flexible throughout our kitchen remodel. We are glad we found your advertisement in the Money Saver magazine. We are impressed with the quality of your work and we're super happy with how it turned out. We hope the best for you and your family during Christmas....The Stapp's We looked long and hard for someone to do the siding on our house. When Trademark Construction came over to give us an estimate we were immediately impressed by the professionalism and honesty we saw. Trademark Construction is all of that and more. Their crew does impeccable work. They work deligently to get the job completed. They complete one job at a time so they aren't here one day and gone for three days which is how some contractors work. They worked here until our house was completed! Our neighbors even commented how professionally they worked and seemed to get along so well together, not a minor achievement in today's work world. We would highly recommend Trademark Construction to everyone (and we have). As previously stated, we really shopped around and we feel confident that we found perfection. Thanks guys, you're the best!....The Schubring's When I decided to convert my screened porch into a four season sunroom and at the same time build on an addition for my new hot tub, I needed to find a quality Contractor. After making calls to many people I trusted, I came up with a recommended list of 5 Contractors. It was strongly suggested that I start with Dave from Trademark Construction and I am extremely happy I did! He came out almost immediately to discuss my goals. Within a day or two, I had another appointment with him to review the estimate and address the questions and concerns I had. Those two appointments put my mind at ease because it was obvious that Dave cared about helping me achieve my goals! Dave and his team's work ethic is great. They showed up he says they will, he keeps the customer informed of the next steps, and he is meticulous in his work! He and his team are a pleasure to work with. My room turned out beautiful! I couldn't be happier and I would strong recommend Trademark Construction to anyone! P. S. Dave and his team live homemade cookies! ......The Bauer's I have the "kitchen of my dreams" thanks to Trademark Construction. Dave and his crew worked with me tirelessly to create a beautiful kitchen, bathroom, and back entry to a home in need of major help. Dave helped me set a budget and kept me informed in each phase of the project. With a sense of patience and integrity he walked me through what seems to be an overwelming task, and actually made it fun! If I had a question Dave was always available to answer me in a timely fashion. Quality Craftsman are hard to find. Quality Craftsman with a sense of integrity are almost impossible to find. That is how I would define Trademark Construction. "Quality craftsmen with a sense of pride and integrity". I would recommend them 1,000 times over....the Sullivan's

Dave Schnowske, the owner of Trademark Construction is a terrible contractor, there is nothing in our bathroom that he did that we are 100% happy with. I had to call a plumber to fix the drain because he used silicone instead of plumbers putty in the drain and water was leaking from the drain, the plumber also had to replace the toilet flange because Dave overtightened it and cracked it, also overtightened the fitting on the pipe that fills the toilet and cracked that and was leaking, needed to be replaced. The tile on the floor was not done well, the tiles rock because he did not use enough thinset, so as a result the tiles rock and the grout is cracking and not staying in-between the tiles. all of the drywall corners are bubbling because he did not use enough mud behind the tape. The tile in the shower, they are not done uniformly, some are sticking way far out, others are sunken in, and the grout was not done properly. He also does not own up to any of it or try to fix it, HE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK, OR GUARANTEE IT IN ANY WAY!!!!! Be wary of his financing too, he will charge you upwards of 40% in interest. I have been complaining about our shower floor almost 2 months because the water doesn't drain, and you are left with standing water in 50% of the shower. HE STILL HAS NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I HAVE CALLED, TEXTED AND EMAILED HIM ABOUT THE ISSUE!!!! Dave is a terrible contractor, you will not be happy with his work, and I can only hope that our $11k mistake saves you from dealing with him. If you have any questions or want to see his unsatisfactory work, please message me and I will send you pictures, I will even let you come over and get a first hand look, that is how badly I want to save you from making a mistake by letting him do work on your house.

David J Shnowske DBA Trademark Construction I bought a home in Neenah on 12/31/2014, I just wanted updates done to my home as I bought home for what I know was a fair price. Mr. Shnowske tore plumbing out, ripped flooring out, took walls down, took patio door out and left door leaning upside of home. Siding ripped off home left laying with nails on patio. Hvac laying in front yard. Light fixtures down and broken. Holes in ceiling and walls. Doors removed from inside of home. He left us with a half bath to use and one shower in another bathroom. We had a three and half bath home. There is more but I think all that read this will get the position he left us in when he packed up his tools never to be seen again. Now like I said earlier bought home New Year's Eve 2014, he started project mid February. I have been chasing him around in court system for 1 year now. This is why contractors in Wisconsin have such a bad rap, this guy and guys like him give all contractors a bad name. I cannot get a financial institution to loan me a dime on my home the way it sits now. That being said we are forced to live in these conditions. Sued him and trademark construction for 130,000.00 of course instead of just finishing job he filed bankruptcy. I of course filed adversary action in his bankruptcy, but of course that will all take another 6 months. Then of course I have to attempt to get judgement money from him, this guy has done this so much that he knows every in and out in the court system. He hires attorney then doesn't pay them so judge has to give him more time to get new attorney. He lives in a brand new home (the landscaping not even in yet) that is in his brothers name and his brother is a builder in Wausau. Brand new home, and he leaves our home in this fashion. Brand new home while he files bankruptcy. Before the bankruptcy was filed, the new home was listed with coldwell banker, as trademark construction built home, now off market in brothers name. Hmmmm coincidence? He tried to illegally put lien on my home. He allegedly did put illegal lien on others property. That he is in criminal court in Winnebago county. There was a attempted plea in that case in January 2016 but judge Gritton would not accept plea. Stated the felony to misdemeanor would not be justice to community. So now that case is scheduled again for jury trial on April 4th, 2016. I cannot imagine what excuse he will have for the court to postpone, but he will have one, can only hope that he is not granted extension. If anyone would like to come by take a look at Mr. Shnowske handy work you are more than welcome. Would not want anyone else to go through what he has put me and my family through. Gary R Buchinger
