Got a roof from Tracy 4 years ago. Has leaked in same spot on back porch since the beginning, right were the roof was rotted that he promised to replace. He has come out in the past each rain season and tried to fix his mistake, however, this year he never returned my calls. I won't even tell you about how he tried to "fix" our septic, at least he was smart enough to return our cash for that "fix". Today I noticed the sign is down and the gate is locked. I hope his food is safer then his roofing techniques. We shall most certainly have to have to have the roof on the porch redone in the future.

Eight years ago Cantley Roofing did a full replacement of my metal roof. Over the past few days of heavy rain, the roof has sprung a leak. I contacted the owner (very respectfully) and requested they come and look at the roof to repair. He stated the following: - They had extensive problems with this roof and now "no longer use it" - That since it hadn't leaked in 8 years it "clearly wasn't negligence on his part and his company doesn't do roofing repairs" -That he "probably" only gave a 5 year warranty on his work (absolutely unheard of in the roofing industry) . When I asked him to send me the work he stated "I only keep paperwork for 3 years, so I don't have anything to send you" When I challenged him on the retention of paperwork and the out of norm warranty information he hung up the phone. I would never recommend this company that refuses to stand by their product and work and that was so unprofessional as to hang up on a previous client that paid thousands of dollars for his services. Poor service, poor work, poor conduct.

My husband and I bought a house a few years ago and the previous owners told us about the roofing company that warranties the new roof put on in 2015. Recently, my daughter mentioned something was wrong in their bathroom where a sunroof is. I called the number given to me both on Facebook and listed in the warranty information for Tracy Cantley Roofing. Tracy called me back and understood that there may be a slight issue roof related with the sunroof that the roof was installed around or he may have put the sunroof in himself and wasn’t sure. He told me he would “call me sometime next week to set something up” and then I never heard back from him. My husband also tried to reach him and did not receive a simple call back. I find this very unprofessional and rude. The sunroof is in my kids bathroom and the ceiling is starting to crack and is maybe leaking when it rains. I guess since they already got paid for the roof, who cares if children could be affected by the damage to the ceiling. I will be contacting a roof inspector to possibly look into filing a claim against this company.

I do not know you I have not ever worked for you I have not taken any money from you I have not entered into a contract with you I do not give transferable warranties unless specified When I spoke to you on phone you didn’t even know if it was a old stain or new??? I stated I would try to get out there. We don’t offer a service department we do not do repairs. I was going to check it out for you but definitely not now.
