  Total Roofing Systems is a great company. I communicated with them initially in Dec 2019 but was not able to get the work done until Jan 2022. Despite the gap in time and not knowing when I would be able to get the roof done they were prompt to provide information that I potentially needed to provide to my insurance company. They also addressed any questions or concerns I had anytime I contacted them between Dec 2019 and Nov 2021. All of this without being certain that I would enter a contract with them to do the work. End of Nov 2021 they provided a detailed scope of work with a fair estimate and communicated throughout every step of the process.The permits took a while but this was also communicated so it was not a surprise. We agreed on a start date in Jan 2022. Roof workers arrived in a timely manner, left the property clean and free of debris after each day of work, and were friendly/courteous. They finished the project earlier than anticipated despite some rainy days. I considered other companies but this company won me over with their professionalism, attention to detail, and personable interactions. Everyone does their best to exceed expectations and provide quality work. On top of everything they provide 10 yrs of yearly roof maintenance and an even longer warranty. I appreciate them and would recommend you use them if you are in need of a new roof or other services that they provide. Thank you Jenny and Francisco and the roofing guys that worked so hard.

  Our experience from beginning to end was great. As we were undertaking a significant investment we wanted to be sure we picked the right company to work with. Working with Francisco and his Team soon proved we made the right choice. They were professional, knowledgeable and timely; actually finishing our roof ahead of schedule. Francisco kept us informed of next steps let us know what to expect and followed through on any deliverables. As with anything, nothing is perfect. We did experience a few minor glitches that with construction and remodels is to be expected. The way in which any setback is handled is a measure of a good company and they were excellent! I don't expect we'll need a new roof in this home but if we move or buy a second home and need a roof, 100% we will call Francisco/Total roofing systems.

  These guys are true professionals. They came out and gave us a great price and a time line and they followed through on both.
