TRC remodeled the entire outside of our home (roofing, gutters, siding, and stone) and I am more than happy with the results! Everything was done neatly and professionally, they made sure to get a clear idea of how we wanted everything done. The quality is like no other, our stone came in damaged and they made sure to go back to the vendor and get it all corrected for us. I ended up with the texture and colors I wanted, dream come true! I will be using them for any other projects I need in the future.

I am very pleased with the work that Total Remodel Contractor did on my home. I extended my front porch and added a back porch and the workers are very professional and know their skills very well. I experienced many delays during the process, but the qualify of the work is superb and I am very happy with the outcome!

Silvano Pedro at Total Remodel Contractor (TRC) helped us to overturn an  insurance decision on hailstorm damage to our roof.  His team installed our new roof, gutters, and did some painting of the fascia in an efficient manner. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work and their customer service.

Update: TRC contacted us after seeing our reviews and Perla (co owner) tried to make it right by refunding us a portion of the job. This was much appreciated after our experience.

TRC installed a new roof and gutters on our home. The job was supposed to take two days and it ended up taking a month to complete. At one point, we thought they weren't even going to finish the job, so 2 stars for finally getting it done. They lacked communication skills as soon as we realized that there were multiple problems with the way the gutters/roof were installed and did not do anything to compensate for the time it took to complete the project correctly. They showed up to our house unannounced and even woke us up by banging on the roof at 730 am on a Saturday when they stated they were going to arrive at 9. TRC was unapologetic and made us feel like a nuisance when all we wanted was what we were promised.

The best roofing/home improvement company in Northern Colorado area by far!!  Silvano is fabulous to work with! Total Remodel Contractor is now being featured at 24 Hour Fitness in Fort Collins and Planet Fitness in Loveland as the only recommended home improvement company. I highly recommend their services!

Total Remodel Contractors helped us with replacing our roof, gutters, and painting our home.  What an excellent job and we will continue to budget them into our future projects!  Thank you!

We had Total Remodel replace our shingles following a hail storm a few years back.  We were told they would use class 4 hail resistant shingles.  Now after another hail storm our insurance adjuster and another contractor tell us that our shingles are absolutely not class 4.  No integrity with this company.  They shouldn't be trusted.

We've had them do a major remodel on our master bathroom, and they did fantastically.  Currently TRC are completing a renovation loan for a new house we purchased.  Daryl is a great guy!

DO NOT USE TOTAL REMODEL CONTRACTORS FOR ANY SERVICE OTHER THAN ROOFING.  This company is a roofing business.  They may attempt to act as a jack of all trades, do not be fooled.  Their roofing job was a B, windows an F, and overall customer service a D+.  Please consider this review before you proceed to do business with TRC.

Specifically...

They installed 9 new windows in my house less than 2 years ago.  The installer claimed to be an expert as he had "almost a year of installation experience."  These windows are not square, level, plumb.  The windows are the wrong size for the frame, but were fit in with shoddy adjustments.  My neighbor used the same company for windows and also received under-sized windows.  Fortunately, this neighbor caught the error before installation and demanded re-sized windows.

They are not centered or with correct reveal.  Gaps were not insulated properly are are already leaking air.  No interior or exterior trim was replaced with the installation.  Screens took more than 8 weeks to re-screen.  Interior gaps from under-sized windows were just filled with tons of caulk.

I recently had a window specialist review the installation and he said it is one of the worst installation jobs he's seen; he was embarrassed that this type of work was happening in the industry.

If you are considering a window job or any other work with TRC other than roofing, please reconsider.  There are great window specialists in northern Colorado that do nothing but windows/doors, and will do a job right for you.

TRC, is an Amazing Company, truly concerned about their customer’s needs. Our Living Area has been completely transformed and we are loving the changes. We are looking forward to our next project, the basement, which will be managed by Silvano and The TRC Crew. Thank You for everything TRC!!!

Had planned to hire this contractor and they were scheduled to start today. They did not pull the building permit, had not contacted the insurance company when they told me they had, and they had an issue with the material supplier that they failed to notify me of. Now I have to start the entire process over including making adjustments with other contractors I have scheduled to come in after the roof replacement. Thanks for wasting my time and the time of other contractors Silvano.

I enjoyed working with total remodel contractors! They were efficient and professional and got the work done without me having to jump through hoops.  I will use them again.

We are very pleased with the work that did. They helped us with the ins. company. The workers were polite and courteous. Also the yard was picked up nightly.

Excellent work, and fast!  Roof repaired (tree damage) and replaced within a week of my accepting the estimate.  Tino (the owner) kept me informed at every step of the way.  Oh, and the price was extremely reasonable!
