Great experience!  Adrian responded quickly to my initial inquiry for a minor gutter repair and discovered hail damage to my roof and gutters. All was confirmed by my insurance adjuster upon inspection. The replacement was scheduled for a two day event but the efficient and friendly crew showed up at 7:00 sharp and finished the entire job in a single day including detailed cleanup. Adrian personally coordinated everything with my insurance company which fully covered the claim. He was in constant contact and explained everything throughout the process. Adrian and Tornado Roofing were the absolute best for my roof and gutter replacement. Adrian worked seamlessly with my insurance company and made sure they had everything correct. We had decking replaced on our roof, new shingles, double felt, Ice and shield, and newly installed gutters that we did not previously have. The Tornado team is super professional, seamless as the gutters they installed. But in all seriousness, our previous roof lacked proper venting, and the low pitch was causing ice damming along the edges where the failed rolled roof/shingles were previously. We avoided roof repair for way too long- the Tornado team is NOT pushy and did not try to over sell the needs we required to have a proper roof. Their costs were very reasonable, and they were happy to re-rout our restroom venting out of the attic and they were clean in all aspects. they did a great job keeping the nails from the landscape, they were efficient, friendly, happy to be here, no one was disgruntled even in the scorching heat of the day. We refuse to use any other roofer- Tornado Roofing are our trusted roofer. (Side note: we did have a previous roofer, who simply didn’t have time or care to help the hodge podge work on our roof- where Tornado roofing did have the time, and eagerness to humbly help without bad mouthing or shaking their head at our roof patches) Super reasonable, excellent quality clean work- we waited for the cold of winter to finally arrive with snow to write a proper review.

Adrian replaced our entire roof after hail damage.  After we contacted him and got the insurance estimate, he looked at our roof and found damage that had been missed.  He contacted our insurance and took care of the necessary corrections.  Once the paperwork was finished, his crew arrived early on the appointed day.  They were friendly, efficient, and took great care of our property.  Everything was covered before they began work and nothing was left behind when they finished.  We had nothing to sweep, pick up, or clean.  Adrian is knowledgeable and cares about his customers.  We highly recommend him and his quality of work!

These guys were great. I was very particular about doing everything via email and having the contract be very specific.  I had been through a terrible experience with a roofing contractor and once you've been burned, it's hard to trust. Adrian was really good about communication. He did what he promised, he was very professional. it was a great contractor experience, which is uncommon. My roof looks great, but I don't know anything about roofs. The inspector, however, said they did a great job and he does knows about roofs.

Our roof install was done well and on time.  We then noticed a water leak in our upstairs bathroom ceiling. It turned out that it  was a completely separate issue and had absolutely nothing to do with our roof or the install. Tornado replaced the outdated and worn out gutters on my home a few weeks ago. Adrian and his team were very friendly and professional. I'll give it to you straight- as homeowners, we all need trusted people to work on our homes. Our greatest fear is to be taken advantage of by overpriced, negligent, unprofessional, and apathetic contractors whose only winning quality is that they were the only people to return our call. In short, you need a hook up.

Tornado Roofing and Gutters is your call. They were proactive, communicative, and showed up for meetings without so much as a "friendly reminder" from me. They replaced the roof, added gutters along the full perimeter, and removed an unsightly overhang from the front of my house. They worked well with our insurance company and even offered us various upgraded roofing options should we choose to spend on top of our claim.

The work was excellent, and the clean-up was very thorough.

Excellent customer service! After I signed our contract in November 2018, I asked Adrian if he wouldn't mind replacing the roof in May. He said that he would be happy to. I noticed February 10th that I had some water damage due to the decay of my roof shingles. I asked if they could fix the roof as soon as they can.  Three days later his crew came and stacked the shingles. The next day they completed the roof all within 8 hours. I couldn't be happier with the results, their professionalism, and I highly recommend them!

I was kind of in a bind and Adrian was referred to me. And I can say top notch work, fast service, quick responses and at a very good price. I called about a quote on Tuesday, came and did the quote the next morning and was going to do the work on Thursday,  but it was snowing and raining. So they were there first thing Saturday morning, and did everything and finished the job in one day, and no more roof leak.
