  I’ve never had as terrible of an experience as I’ve recently had with TOP TIER ROOFING & RESTORATION! I’ve now had issues with THREE of the employees, as well as the owner, indicative that this is not a reputable company! First, one employee lied to me and made me pay the cost of my roof, siding, and screens in full up front, promising me that all work would be completed “within two weeks.” This was on July 24th, when I wrote a check for nearly $12,000.00, less than $8,000 was what insurance had released at that point so I was using my own money. Several weeks later, and after nothing had happened, I called to check on the status and discovered that I still wasn’t on the schedule, and was told it would be “weeks or months.” I then demanded that either my work be completed within two weeks or that I get a full refund and take my business elsewhere. I was assured it would all get completed within two weeks. (I actually begged for a refund because at that point I already didn’t want to do business with these guys.) Over a month later the work still wasn’t completed, and I was no longer getting any return calls or texts from the secretary I was dealing with. So, then I had to resort to blasting Top Tier on social media, filed with BBB and the DA’s office, and finally the owner contacted me stating he had no idea what was going on but that he would immediately fix things. I finally got the majority of the work completed Sept 29th, or so I thought, but the cleanup wasn’t done (nails were everywhere in my yard so for 11 days now anyone could have gotten injured and had I not complained AGAIN that they needed to be cleaned up, I'm sure they would still be there) and my screens still weren’t in. I finally got the screens today. Another employee put one in on my deck and left the other two on the porch, with no communication. Had I not called ONCE AGAIN to complain that the work still wasn’t completed I wouldn’t have even known that he had “dumped them” on the porch. To add to all of this, he went ahead and removed my deck gate! I had told the guy a couple of weeks ago that I may replace it at some point, but then told him I was going to hold off because I’ve had enough stress with not getting all of this work done in the time frame as promised and didn’t want to even think about having more “projects” incomplete. So, I just told the owner that I DO NOT WANT anyone else coming back to my house and that I need to be compensated for the deck gate they took, which I’m sure I will never get compensated for because they are a terrible company. Poor communication, tons of excuses, now my deck gate is missing...and the guy kept telling me, “I will be over tonight” or “I will be over tomorrow” for over a week now so I haven’t even been able to let my dogs play in the yard or anything. And knowing how Top Tier doesn’t give a darn about other people’s time or money, this guy that has my deck gate could have it for another month for all I know, and I’m not going to sit around and play their games anymore so the hell with it, they can keep the deck gate. I told the owner I do not want him or any of his employees on my property ever again. I want nothing to do with this business. Several people have messaged me stating that they’ve had similar problems with them as well. DO NOT USE TOP TIER ROOFING! From July 24th when I paid in full until October 9th, when everything was finally done (and my deck gate was taken without my permission)...I bet I had to call, complain, text, remind them, etc. over 30 times. It is not okay to treat customers like I’ve been treated. Please warn your friends!

  BEWARE , Me and my neighbor hired them to replace our roofs in July 2019 and they have not start and don’t know when they can . The owner texts and tells me he has mismanaged his business and can’t follow they with services . He won’t give me my deposit back . He can’t tell me when he can do the job . They are a bunch of scammers don’t use them, they need to go to jail for going around getting business and not doing the job . That’s practically stealing .

  I love those people, we had them come and do a new kitchen remodel in our home. They are fast working and get the job done in a timely manner and do a fantastic job. They clean up after themselves, which is plus! The owner is very hands on with his company and drops by to check the progress regularly. I highly recommend to use this company for any home restoration/ remodel!
