  We hired Top This Construction for a full re-roof of our house, and interior ceiling repairs to remedy water damage due to the old leaking roof. The majority of the work has been satisfactory, though with both the roof and interior work I had to babysit the project to keep major errors from happening, and to make sure that what was supposed to be done was actually done. There were multiple instances where if I haf not stopped the work that they were doing, and pointed out that they were doing it wrong, major problems would have been created. While either the owners or the foreman were present, their workers did good work. When the owners or manager were not present, their workers became much less conscientious and attentive to doing the work properly. The repair on one of the ceilings in the house was not done correctly, as well as a couple things on the exterior. With each of the issues, the owners have been working with me to get them resolved. I'll update once the work has been done to reflect the quality and professionalism of the work they do when it is complete.
