  Highly recommend Top Team Roofing! I am a first time home owner and Hurricane Ida was my first major insurance claim. Adrian Manrique walked me through the entire process and made sure I was informed every step of the way. They fought tirelessly with my insurance company to make sure my claim was rightfully approved. They were incredibly patient when my insurance company was bought out by another company. The installation looks amazing and the team was so professional and timely. I wouldn't get a roof from any other company. Thanks so much guys!

  Following Hurricane Ida my insurance company was only going to pay for a small portion of my roof. I had even had my own contractor involved and the insurance company was no budging. I was resolved to the fact that I would be suing my insurance company and tied up in court for the next year or so. Enter Adrian and Top Team. Adrian told me that he would intervene and felt confident that he could get the insurance company to pay. He and his team conducted a thorough and well-documented inspection of the roof. Adrian submitted this report to my insurance company and requested they reassess their original appraisal. Within a week we received word that my insurance company was going to pay for an entire new roof. Not only did Adrian and Top Team get the insurance claim approved, but they went start to finish in 2 1/2 days. Clean up was perfect. It was honestly like they had never been there. I cannot say enough good things about these guys.

  DO NOT USE. Our experience with this roofing company was horrible for everything from the quality of the repair work to customer service. Our roof leaks because they cut corners in repairing our roof. They did not correctly repair the roof near our vents and two years later, we still have leaks. They requested parts that were damaged, got paid for them but then never actually purchased or fixed/replaced the part. Devin Kleinpeter was our point of contact, and was a horrible communicator. He would not return calls and at one point changed numbers without contacting us with his new contact information (while still in the middle of repairs). There were times when appointments were set where I took off time from work to be present where he or one of his team members did not show. Devin also agreed to find other repairmen to handle other damage caused by the hail storm. He failed in this regard as well. Save your time, energy, and money and use another company.
