Top Rated Roofing did a great job on our commercial flat roof job.  We worked with Wesley for about 6 months before we finally made the decision to get the roof done.  Anytime during that 6 months he was always willing to meet and go over any questions we had to make the big decision to get it done.  After we decided on having the roof done Wesley was in touch with us from the time, he ordered material to the completion of the job.  The guys arrived on time to do the job and were very nice.  While doing the repairs they even fixed another area of the roof that had been previously repaired by another company that had started leaking a week before.  I appreciate that they noticed the area an took care of the problem in advance. He even sent pictures of the roof upon completion. He also followed up to make sure we were happy with the job a few days later.   Thank you to Top Rated Roofing on the great customer service and job!

Great experience in a tough time.  I put my house on the market and the new buyers inspector found damage on my 12 year old roof.  Roney Pollard of Top Rated Roofing did a great job of communicating with my home insurance company and my HOA.   As a result of Mr. Pollard’s professional, yet friendly and persistent style, we were able to expedite the HOA process, get what we needed from the insurance company, and organize materials and labor.   My house received a beautiful new roof in time for closing.

I looked for a roofer for well over a year.  I got referrals from different contacts but was disappointed once I met with the roofer to discuss details.  I also had several friends have bad experiences, so my search continued until I met Roney.  Roney did a great job for my neighbor, so I met with him to discuss my roof. I found this business on NextDoor, and within two hours of my message the owner (Roney Pollard) was on my roof. He was able to inspect it and fix the small issue mentioned in the inspection report.
