  Top of the Line was completing a project in my neighborhood, which is a townhouse community. An employee walked two houses down to my property to plug in their tool. I’ve never seen such practices, especially since my home is not getting the work done.

  If i was able to give zero stars, I would. Company is horribly managed, does not return calls, show up unannounced without properly scheduling a work date or even following their own down payment process that is printed on their work orders. Invoice came in incorrect, saying i had received a complete new shingle roof instead of just replaced gutters, when it was plainly visible that I did not receive a full new shingle roof. Terrible clean-up, I am still finding nails and trash from these pigs, I have a two year old and two dogs, asked for them to make sure nothing was left behind in a specific area, yet I'm still finding nails(normal & 9+ inches longs versions) everywhere. No consideration for the customer at all. Employees are not the type of people you want around your home unsupervised.

  Called to have shingles replaced. They arrived the next day and charged the same price as quoted even though they did a little more work! Thanks!
