Top Notch really is top notch! As a first time home buyer the whole experience was easy and very thorough. Michael was our inspector and he took the time to make sure I understood everything he was seeing and allowed me to ask questions. I know this cost him extra time, and he is busy..... so it was most appreciated. The insights Michael brings from his previous work experience is invaluable as we consider buying an older home. Aside from Michael himself, the report was extremely detailed with many pictures and there are a handful of additional valuable resources you get with the report which I look forward to taking advantage of! I cannot recommend Top Notch enough!

Everything about Michael’s inspection was great. He was punctual and professional from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and showed great communication skills when he explained everything to me in regards of what was wrong, why I should fix it, and what could happen if I the issue was left unaddressed. I highly recommend Top Notch.

This company is absolutely amazing! Do not waste your time trying to find another inspection company. Trust me, you want people that actually care about you and your home. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. I will recommend them to anyone. We did the 11 month warranty inspection and I learned more about my home from my inspector than my time living here. I never do Google reviews but I had to for this company because we truly appreciate all of your help! Thank you!
