  Came in and asked these guys about some pallets they had around back , couldn't have asked for more pleasant people . These guys are down to earth definitely do business here .

  Where do I even begin with these clowns???? Received a proposal/contract from them and requested some changes be made to clarify and provide detail as to the scope of work. Pretty normal stuff here folks as in, what type of roof underlayment, drip edge and proper flashing etc etc. Right away I got push back from the person I was dealing with (Not a good sign) Needed a contractor asap so I took a chance.Took them forever and a day to show up. Granted we had a nasty storm come through the region but that's not an excuse. Weeks and weeks went by. Not a peep from them, not so much as text, phone call, email nothing, nada. Just silence. I made several calls, emails etc. to inquire as to whether they were still in business. Finally they show up on a Friday after weeks and weeks of dry weather. Some rain coming but not coming the Friday they showed up. They arrive at about 7:30AM stay about 30 minutes and leave. No word to me nothing. no call, no text . I finally get a hold of someone at the company and they left because they thought it was going to rain. No rain the whole day. Their roll off company shows up. Driver drops the box and as he's backing out of my driveway he neglects to completely lower his lift, he snags a low hanging telephone/internet line snaps the pole in half and we lose power, internet and phone service. You can't make this up. An inauspicious beginning to say the least. So now I'm waiting till Monday. Crew shows up, a subcontractor crew. Four maybe five guys, shorthanded, nobody speaks English, thankfully my Spanish is still workable. Im supervising these guys now, nobody from Tomkat is on the job. Im watching them, making sure they have what they need. Basically doing Tomkats job. Five days to get the job done. Nobody and I mean nobody from the company comes to the site introduces themselves and inspects/supervises the work. They leave and now i have spots unfinished and drip cap that needs buttoning up. I'm in contact with them now but they have no clue whats going. Just a lousy and unprofessional experience. Would not recommend these amateurs to anyone, period. Only silver lining is I can cross them off my list.

  Came the same day when called. Plagued with a problem for years. They identified the issue and corrected it right away. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend.
