  A call was placed to request an estimate for a leak on my mother in laws roof. I mentioned it was somewhat urgent as she is selling her home and needed it fixed as soon as possible and to please call as soon as they could. It is now over a week later and still no return call has been received. I have a hard time understanding how contractors/businesses can continue to do this and not respond to messages. If you are busy and unable to assist then at least return the call to inform customers of that! I am sad that this is felt as acceptable. We found another roofing company who responded SAME day.

  We try to get back to everyone as soon as possible. I run a smaller shop and do not have 24/7 office help and do not do emergency repairs. We are also seasonal. Writing a bad review about a business you haven't even done business with is a good indicator that i am glad i didn't work with you anyways. We do over 100 complete systems a year since 1997.

  My Parents had Todd Do both there home and two garages And I had them do my house and barn with metal roofing they did jobs quickly and on time scale that they provided also with in estimate that was provided I know my parents and my self were very happy with work they did and they even did good job flushing metal around my silos on my barn roof
