  I recently purchased a home that had a 3 year old roof done by Todd Fritz. I had heard of Todd Fritz before and assumed they ran a solid operation. Obviously the roof is a big deal when deciding on a property and we thought we were buying into a good product. Wrong. They installed the roof incorrectly and now we have major problems that were not able to be detected by the home inspection. I reached out to Todd and he sent someone over to document the issue. The gentleman he sent was very nice and documented what was going on and even verbally agreed with me that they had incorrectly installed the roof. Well, that was 2 months ago and now I can't get Todd to return a phone call or e-mail. I know I'm not the original customer but the disrespectful manner in which he has chosen to handle this says a lot about him and his company. I would highly recommend you really do your homework when choosing a roofing contractor. From what I have witnessed, both from his treatment of me and quality their of work, I would not recommend his company to anyone. Trash service and workmanship.

  I have been calling since September 27 to talk to Todd about roof installation on my daughter's house, have called about 4 times now and he still has not called me back.

  Todd is a great guy and runs a great business. His staff is friendly and work hard. They always go above and beyond to keep the customer happy and their work proves it. Hands down best company I have ever worked with.
