  About 4 1/2 years ago we used TNT to install siding on a remodel. They also put in new windows. The work they did was very good, but they kept putting off the project and it took much longer to get them there than what was promised. Fast forward to 2 months ago and a new house we just moved in to. We are in need of soffit/fascia/rain gutters and downspouts. We thought we'd try them again. However, getting someone out here to look at what needs to be done, communicating with us, getting us a timely bid, and the bid being thorough and understandable as to what was being covered, as well as a reasonable price, was very disappointing. When my husband sent an email back with some questions about the bid, we never heard another word from them. So we are just left hanging. If you want good communication and work done in any timely manner, I would not suggest using TNT.

  June 2021 they came out and roofed the house that we rent rooms at. During the time they roofed the home we had discovered that we had property stolen in excess of a thousand dollars. We know that they were in the house and much more specifically our room which they had to go through to clean off the deck where the shingles fell onto. Don’t fall victim to crime there are plenty of safer options to use not too mention the roof leaked in all places our room right on our bed so that was lovely as well but they did come repair it to their credit

  TNT replaced our roof and did not fasten down the trim properly. The first wind storm we had, the facia lifted. When we called them and asked them to come and fix it they told us no - they had other houses to work on. Once they got our money they were rude, dismissive, and refused to come back to fix their shoddy work.

  I am sorry for any misunderstanding. The last I heard we were planning to replace all of the soffit and fascia since there were already missing pieces before we came to look at the roof, and we could not match the existing materials well anyway. The reply to your brother was "I don't think i have anyone that could get to it. We have a stack of punch list items that we are already trying to tackle right now. Sorry. " I thought we had left a better impression after so many sacrifices on our part to help already to include ordering materials a month prior to starting the project to avoid a material price increase, then not even collecting any payment at all till two months after completion of the roof to help with your funding complications, and we even left an extra amount of surplus shingles on site worth about $400 to help with the future project just in case they would be needed that were not purchased in the original agreement.
