  Have left multiple messages have not received a return call. I received my estimate in November right before Thanksgiving and have questions regarding it as one of the rooms I want finished is not listed correctly. I have left MULTIPLE messages for Brent, who I am informed is being emailed my call back requests. It's now Jan. 3rd and I still do not have a call back regarding my qoute. I'm left to feel like I cannot trust TMK and that TMK just doesn't want my job. Into the future, please do not waste a customer's time like this. I reworked my entire day to be home when Brent did my initial estimate of my basement remodel (adding 3 rooms, storage rooms, closet spaces and finishing) and now not only am I out my personal time, I am out money as this required me to take off of work. Do better.

  I had a fantastic experience with this company.  I was accepted into the Earthquake Brace & Bolt program in May but waited until August to get the work done.  TMK was perfect throughout the entire process.  They were easy to communicate with, explained everything in detail, did the bolting as well as foundation repairs and charged a very reasonable price.  They were less expensive than the other company I interviewed and did a little bit more work.  The other company found an issue under the house that TMK hadn't identified.  When I brought it up to TMK, without hesitation they said they would do that work too, at no extra charge.  The men who came to do the work were easy to talk to and did a very efficient, precise job.  The city inspector who came was very detail oriented and wanted to conduct the inspection with the project manager present, so we had to set up an additional time for both of them to be there.  We passed inspection with flying colors.  TMK handled every aspect of the estimate, bolting, repairs, inspection and city requirements, including uploading all the required documents, all at a very fair price. We're incredibly grateful to the entire team, and have already recommended them to friends who are in the process of looking for their first home.  The only downside to using Anchorstrong is that they were our first experience with a construction crew and they set the bar too high!  We wish we could hire them as general contractors to do all the work on our house from now on!I We're incredibly grateful to the entire team, and have already recommended them to friends who are in the process of looking for their first home.  The only downside to using TMK Construction is that they were our first experience with a construction crew and they set the bar too high!  We wish we could hire them as general contractors to do all the work on our house from now on!

  Fantastic company! I needed alot of work done on my house. I didn't want to call a bunch of different people to do the work. TMK could handle everything! I was very pleased with all the work they did. I definitely recommend them.
