  We are so happy with our new roof from Titan Roofing in Wenatchee! They were professional and responsive and did a fantastic job. Their price was competitive too! We were under a very tight timeline as our insurance company was going to drop our policy saying that our outdated roof was a wild fire hazard. We literally had about 3 weeks to get the job done so we didn’t lose our insurance. Titan came through just as they promised! The quality is great and we are so pleased that they finished the job quickly and cleaned up on their way out. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you!!!

  I spoke to a gal named Lindsey about our leaky roof. She mentioned her husband could come take a look at it "today". I called back 2 hrs later to find out around what time he would be stopping by, she said maybe half hr more. I thanked her and said "okay no problem". Unfortunately nobody ever showed up, nor did anyone call to follow up with me. I think at the very least someone could've called to let me know they wouldn't be able to come that day and given me the option to schedule for another day or look for someone else. I understand things come up but having a no call and no show was not a good impression.

  Hi Maria, I apologize for the miscommunication. Unfortunately we've been extremely busy with many emergency calls with all the ice dams and potential roof collapses. We thought we called you back but I mustve gotten your ph# mixed up with someone else . We've been doing our best to help as many wonderful neighbors in our valley as possible but it's impossible to get to everyone in one day. This is very disappointing to know that we failed you and we'll use this as a learning opportunity to make sure we try harder in the future. The last thing our family wants to do is leave someone hanging with such an issue as serious as a leak. We hope you can accept our apology!   James and Lindsey are both wonderful to work with. They are both so responsive and very quick to get the job done and done right. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of work performed and will be continuing to use Titan Roofing CW for all our roofing needs.
