  Veterans beware! My son and I went to look at a model he wanted to see after talking with someone over the phone. When he arrived for a scheduled appointment instead of being showed the model we had to sit for over an hour while the “home advisor” Lorena went over his information. He was told the model he wanted to look at was out of his budget and they showed him a model that would be. When he asked for the price after looking at the “affordable” option we had to go back to the office. He was later handed a paper showing their price minus 30k in VA discounts. He gave 2k to hold the price but he wanted to talk about it with his wife and we left. He then contacted the first person he spoke with a (San Antonio) Titian person and notice s discrepancy with the price. My son later found out the Sam make and model house he was looking at it had a much lower base price and with the options was still cheaper that titan! So the VA discounts was all a sham to get my son, a 80% disabled veteran to hand over his money. After he canceled the order the company, while polite over the phone, is acting like person he broke up with. They tell him the people who process refunds are busy but will call him back and to this day he isn’t 100 percent sure if his money was at least processed for refund like the office people claim the money person did. He can’t get titan to call him back like they promise. So don’t deal with this place especially if you are a VET! their VA discounts are a lie as they pad the price!

  Lorena was amazing, my circumstances were a bit challenging but she made it work.. looking and searching through countless homes until we were able to find a perfect fit, always keeping me informed of the process and never giving up hope of finding the perfect home to fit my tight budget and my pickiness. Thank you for everything!!!

  This place is a let down. Long on promise. Short on delivery! Literally. Salesman was a joke and left us high and dry.
