  We just had our roof replaced by Timberman Roofing. Max H. was quick to come out and provide an estimate that was competitive with other bids that I received. They have a good blend of small business personal touch and good business processes to make for a solid experience. I really appreciate the follow up. After the job was complete I had a few questions about clean up, dumpster removal, and a minor repair. Ignacio was really responsive, clear, and dedicated to making everything close out smoothly. It would have been easy to do all the "selling" and customer service up front, but what really sold me on their quality was their follow through after the roof was done. Thank you for the great work!

  This company has only one attribute...speed! All the other necessary attributes such as leadership, follow-up skills, and most importantly communication are non-existent. The installers put numerous tar spots on the side of my house, left materials at the end of my drive way and left without notifying me of when they will be back to clean off the tar spots or pick up the rest of their materials. A technician came out today, which was unannounced to clean off the tar spots and used a pressure washer which caused a hole in my stucco. The roofers caused a crack in my stucco which is pictured below and I have not heard from the supervisors of the company as of yet to discuss a plan to make the necessary repairs. They leaned a ladder across my satellite dish which received damage and had to be replaced...I was reimbursed quickly by Mirakis' sales representative for that service call. I would seriously recommend to all to steer clear of this company for any roofing needs, their follow up is absolutely, positively horrible.
