  Eli and crew did an excellent job on a difficult basement remodel for us. Good communication and high quality work. Also they did a timely followup on an issue with the sewage sump pump.

  Eli and his crew have helped with a couple of my remodel projects and I have always been very pleased with the result. The projects started on time and were completed as expected. My house was built in 1950 and he was even able to match his texture to the swirl pattern originally used. He is professional and easy to work with. The price quoted did not increase during the projects, which is refreshing in this business. I would highly recommend him for your next project.

  I’ve used TI Construction for various projects, and I’ve always been pleased with their finished product. The owner is intelligent and he thinks on the fly, which is important when there are so many unknowns with an older house. It doesn’t seem to matter what I want to do to the house next, they are ready and willing to take it on. Over all, a good company, with solid experience, they won’t disappoint.
